Terms

Terms for SMB Shield EU website risk reports

These terms describe the practical scope and limitations of SMB Shield EU, an MVP website digital risk audit service for European small businesses, e-commerce owners and agencies.

Service scope

What the service provides

SMB Shield EU provides a practical technical review of observable website risk indicators and turns those signals into a report for prioritization.

  • Automated website digital risk signal review
  • Review of observable technical and content signals
  • Digital Risk Score and category score breakdown where scans are available
  • Practical report with prioritized findings and recommendations

User responsibility

You are responsible for making sure the submitted website can be reviewed and that the request information is accurate.

  • You must have permission to request a scan for the submitted website.
  • You must provide accurate contact and website information.
  • You should not submit confidential login details, payment card data or sensitive personal documents.
  • You remain responsible for deciding how to act on report findings.

Important limitations

The service helps identify observable signals and risk indicators, but it does not certify legal, privacy, accessibility or security status.

  • Not legal advice
  • Not GDPR certification
  • Not accessibility certification
  • Not security certification
  • Not a full security audit
  • Not penetration testing
  • Not a guarantee of compliance or completeness

Reports and findings

Reports are designed for practical prioritization. They should be used as a starting point for remediation and manual review where needed.

  • Reports are based on signals visible at scan time.
  • Manual review may be required for legal, privacy, accessibility, security and business context.
  • Findings may include false positives or false negatives.
  • A clean or high score does not prove that no issues exist.

Payments and delivery during MVP testing

During MVP testing, payments may be handled manually or via payment links. Service work starts after request review and payment confirmation where payment applies. Delivery timing, refunds and adjustments are handled case by case during this controlled testing phase.

SMB Shield EU does not store payment card data.

Acceptable use

  • Do not submit websites you are not authorized to assess.
  • Do not abuse, overload or attempt to bypass the request form or scanner controls.
  • Do not use the service to test private, internal, local or unauthorized targets.
  • Do not submit unlawful, harmful or misleading requests.
